About Tracy Stille

tstille@lmc.org
Tracy Stille is the Public Safety Project Coordinator with the League of MN Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT). He has worked for nearly 40 years in Minnesota public safety — as a public safety consultant with the League, as a police officer with several cities in McLeod and Sibley Counties, as a special deputy with the Sibley County Sheriff’s Office, and as a police officer with the City of Maple Grove, most recently as a police captain and team leader on the Emergency Response Unit (ERU). He is also certified in emergency management. His work with LMCIT’s loss control program focuses on researching and understanding the causes of public safety losses, developing new programs and sharing best practices to reduce losses, and recommending new efforts and technological developments to keep public safety workers safe on the job.

LMCIT is a member-driven organization that exists solely to meet the risk management and insurance needs of Minnesota cities. LMCIT's property/casualty program has more than 1,200 members, and the workers' compensation program has more than 1,000 members.
